Need Help UV Printing on Be.Tex Samba FR has washed out colors

I am looking for a material that I can print on for SEG backlit signs, but I am having issues getting a deep color when printing on my UV printer.

Printer: HP FB750
Material: Be.tex Samba FR
Print Mode: Photo Plus
RIP Software: Caldera 11.2

The graphic looks pretty washed out when I backlight the graphic. Am I using the wrong material or print settings? See attached images to see the backlit frame with graphic and the graphic without being backlit. I have also tried to put another piece of fabric behind the graphic but it didn't seem to help much. Is there a way I can increase the ink density in Caldera?
