UV wall printer Board Dongle

Dear friend
I lost the Dongle of my wall printer And I need to buy new Dongle. However, I don't know the board manufacturer. Anyone can help me to know the board manufacturer in order to request new Dongle. The printer equipped with UV double Epson Tx800 heads.

Epson DX7 printhead should be a better option for wall printers.
