I followed the online and printed instructions to a T and when I powered up the machine it asked for the cleaning cartridges then went through the cleaning mode then asked for ink cart and not it says Wash cycle again????
and Not ink fill?


And has been this way for like 15 mins now??

What the heck is going on.
