Valuejet 1604A White Lines Banding

I looked through the forum and cannot seem to find this specific issue here so I'm posting to see if anyone can help.

I have a Mutoh Valuejet 1604A that is printing white lines evenly spaced throughout the print. Anyone have any idea what is causing this? I attached a photo.
