I have always had a problem with the black missing several jets since the beginning, replaced two service stations and several cap tops. The cap is meant to seal the entire surface of the print head when parked with the lever had down position. I almost have to soak the head daily to clear the black line on the head (see attached photo). There is very little or no room for alignment, I have tried several caps from different vendors whose caps are supposed to be direct replacement. Maybe the OEM cap could do the trick. Has anyone encountered this situation
