Varsity Athletic font help

I can't believe I'm having this much trouble with this font. Its a jersey number type of font. Looks very similar to athletic but, narrower.

I just can't find it. It looks like its name is 'varsity', but every varsity font is not the right one with an outline.

It looks to me like you have the right font.

Why not, use that one and add an outline to it?

Looks like Varsity to me the there weas, maybe a little weight added to it.

Its close, but its san-serif. The varsity font is serifed.

Check Ivy League, LP Athletic Block....actually it looks alot like the Stahl's Athletic Block.
