I need to find a vendor for some plastic or polyethylene signs. A customer brought in this picture, and asked us to remake them. Where can I find these blanks?

Cole Graphic Solutions in WA offers a Brand name polyethylene sheet with a UV inhibitor added, which is probably what you'll want for outdoor use like this
