versa works help needed asap

Hi People please help me.

I print ad make mx graphics pretty new to it just bought a machine and been teaching myself and all been going well, but I just printed a set and used the high quality rather than standard, then laminated and now when I go back into versa works I go to the cut controls and cant click anything to change it from print only to cut only!!!
Here is a pic please help really need to sort this o I can get this out to one of my sponsored riders.

did you print crop marks?

If it's grayed out, it might be because you chose a media that isn't cuttable, IE a banner profile?

Try changing the profile to something else.
