Versacam VP-540 Stuck on Cleaning Cycle

How do I clear a cleaning cycle on a versacam vp-540? When I push and hold the blue bottom button it shows cleaning ... then says shut front cover and keeps beeping.

Can't turn off the front control panel or get into any other menus. Shutting the back rocker switch off turns the printer off and then I turn it on again and the cleaning... shows up again.

The cover is on. That’s another issue. The cover switch works but doesn’t tell the control panel.
