versacamm cast vinyl printing issues

Hi All

I have a Versacamm 540i with UV inks. It has always printed a good finish on the prints however we are currently having issues with it printing on a couple of different cast / wrapping vinyls.
The finish is what I would class as chalky uneven print. Never had this before on vinyls. One of the vinyls is metamark MD-XB which we have a profile for.
Could this be something to do with the thin vinyl and heaters or a certain finish on wrapping vinyls?
Any one else experience this.

And then try slowing the feed rate down and reduces the pre-feed heater
