Versacamm cut force?

What are you guys using for blade force and offset on your Versacamm when cutting 2 mil cast with laminate and calendered vinyl with a laminate also?

It depends... when it was new I think it was set around 75.
2 1/2 years later the same blade is set at 145
But I only cut when I have to.

depends on the blade too. With the blade that came in mine, I used to cut at 90 no-lam and 130 lam. I changed to a different blade...steeper angle...and now cut at 30 and 60.

on my versa camm300 with old blade i am at 175
on the versa camm540 with the new blade 125

We cut every day at 115, single pass. That's calendared with laminate. Speed can make a difference too. We use the default of 30.
