Versacamm SP-300i - alignment or calibration issue?

Have done a calibration and alignment but although improved, still a bit off. What setting should I be looking at to adjust the horizontal separation?

If you just installed a new head you need to run all of the alignments in service mode. If the print direction in your images is left and right, your vertical alignment is off which is a physical adjustment of the head position.

Yes, it is a bidirectional print, left and right.
