I just started having banding and my supplier is no longer servicing the older printers. I have attached 2 pictures of the banding and my test print. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance!

You need to calibrate and align your heads properly. On the nozzle test they shouldn't have the two rows very close together nearly touching, this is most likely what is causing your banding as too much ink is being laid down on those passes.
Black also has some slight deflection but a good manual clean and head soak may fix that .

I got the manual and did all the calibrations but I am still showing a big gap and not sure what to do. All of the calibrations were out of wack and I have seemed to fix them but still getting a big gap in the middle of the black( see the attached photo)

Please let me know if you have any ideas

Thanks!

It is because you are missing and have some deflected black nozzles. It is not a big deal on that vertical test, just use the best of the black to align the other colors.
What quality setting are you printing in? I would try high quality, unIdirectional, error diffusion, bI cubic In VW. These settings with give the best output possible.
Generally a VPi with the nozzle test show should print fin in HQ.
