Hello everyone... A few weeks ago I noticed that my black printing with a red tint (pic A&B). After printing as much as possible using RVW BK-21A, I changed out the caps, dampers, & pumps. after which I printed a "S" (Pic C) as a test. This did not fix the problem. Then I printed another test S (pic D) and you can seen the black and cyan are not printing properly. Pic E you can see the black has stopped completely and cyan is barely hanging on. Any suggestions?

After all the new parts...a powerful clean...soaked the heads for 2 hours...another powerful cleaning... we're back printing again. Thanks,
