Good Morning ,
My print computer has been updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and then I updated my VersaWorks software for my Roland sp540i to VersaWorks 6.9. I no longer have warranty on my machine but it runs great and I know it pretty well. My problem is after updating VersaWorks to 6.9 (which was suppose to fix this)my eps print and cut files won't print or cut. (These print and cut files worked fine in Windows 7 with VersaWorks 5 version.) All other files are fine. Would welcome any help or suggestions on this. See attached.
