We installed a new Roland VG-540 an GR-540 along with upgrading to versaworks dual. This issue is the the machine is not prompting low ink when you go to rip a job. Our old versaworks did with no trouble.
The installer has tried twice to get the problem corrected (uninstall and re-install versa) with no luck.
It's impossible to leave the machine unattended with fear of the ink running out. Roland sent a new firmware update yesterday for the VG, but it has the latest version. (Yes the box is checked in preferences). Just see if I could get some help! Thank You for you time. Larry
