Versaworks error when starting

Recently uninstalled versaworks because I was having few issues with it. Reinstalled it with my old 1.5 version and now it says runtime error when trying to open it. I have tried the online manual update but still don't work! Any help would be great, jobs are staking up!!

You can try to roll back your computer or search and make sure every single item of versaworks is deleted from the computer first. If anything happened such as a power failure during uninstall, that will happen.
You can also contact Roland or your local dealer for help.

When you re-installed VW, did you "Initialize Application"?

I clicked initialize and it pops up saying that it was initialized

you have to manually update to 3.02, after that it should be able to auto-update to the most recent version.

i'd link the file, but DGA's website is hooped at the moment.

Should be support->your machine(or an SP series)->software and you should see the 3.02 update available
