Versaworks Fotoba Cut Lines and 4 point registration marks on a GX-640

We have a new Fotoba Digitrim coming in this week. We always print, laminate, and cut our projects. We use an SP-540 to print, then we laminate, then use a GX-640 to cut. When we print with margin marks and crop marks, the GX is dead on accurate. However, when I print with fotoba lines and crop marks, the GX is off on feed and scan by about 1/8th of an inch in each direction. Does anyone with have any advice? Do I need to recalibrate the GX?
