Versaworks issue

I’m using versaworks with my versacamm 540, being dumb I decided to update my versaworks 5.1 version , Updated and the versaworks and wouldn’t work , so I deleted and reinstalled it using a disc I have , so now when I try to get versaworks to recognize my printer it says it does not recognize the ink set on my printer and won’t let the printer connect to versaworks , it’s the same ink ( Marabu) I have used for years now , tried and searched for answers no luck . Help

I don't work for these guys, but they do offer a download of VW that is more up to date than your disc. You might give this a try. I find that updating older versions is not as clean as installing a newer version with less updates.
