VersaWorks profile error

Hi,
When I am trying to bring Oracal 3551 profile in Media Explorer, it has error, saying "This media file includes a profile that cannot be used with the ink type of the current printer settin." I choose right profile from Oracal's web site to match my SP540V printer. I don't know what I did wrong.

Are you loading this profile for the first time into Versaworks ?
Are you using the current version of Versaworks ?

The 3rd party profiles are built for a paticular version.

I would use one of the roland profiles such as "glossy calendared or cast"
I think they work just as well

yeah we use GCVP on our oracal and it works great great
