Versaworks Ripping File Weird

In signlab the edges look crisp and round, when it goes to print in versaworks all the edges get jagged.
Trying changing from polyarc to polygon no change. Tried to export as eps or pdf no change.. Any idea?

Dont think it has anything to do with VersaWorks, I think it is Signlab that are exporting bad files.

any idea on how to fix it.. I had it happen one other time for a customer.

Its definitly signlab. Opened up the pdf i exported and sure enough looks like garbage.

No problem, glad to be of any help. Sorry I didnt reply your other posts, i wasnt around the computer, I was going to suggest a update of the program or reset to factory defaults.
