Versaworks "Stuck" Large File in RIP

I mistakenly added a full scaled file to Versaworks. The size was 15" x 624" in PDF format. I dragged it in and it took forever to load so I canceled and tried again but the same thing happened. I realized I needed to scale the file down so I revised it and went to re-load it. However, I then noticed that the 2 files I attempted to load were in the RIP. When I tried to click on them it's stuck on loading again.

Occasionally our Versaworks program crashes mid print and our tech told us to remove files not needed so I'd really like to get these files out of the queue. I'm trying to see if anyone has encountered this problem and if so what they did to remove the file. Also, I am definitely not making this mistake again. The file was just one simple color in vector format. It just boggles me why the program takes so long in the first place but here I am!

I assume it works more or less the same as flexisign does
When cancelling, we go to production manager, it shows the file being processed,
We have to rightbclick, choose abort. & then right click again and choose delete

Windows will almost never allow you to delete a file while being processed, the filevwill be locked

netsol Thanks for the advice. I tried to look into production manager but there is nothing queued. I think because it is already in the Versaworks Queue it's been processed. I actually tried to click the files and wait overnight for it to process but it is still loading. Oof!

CorelDRAW is best
I thought pdf has a limit of something like 250". If all vector try eps. Otherwise an rgb tiff around 72 dpi.
