I have a sp300v I can't add profiles I get a error wrong type of ink...I checked printer settings in VW it shows the printer sp300v but in type of ink it shows eco sol not eco sol max ..is this my problem I can't load profiles? Thanks

Answer to this is menu on printer and choose ink control...
