i updated to new version on my old puter everything was good, desktop shortcut changed icon and it showed how much ink usage, now i updated to new computer reloaded versa works and updated it, but this time it did not change icon and it don't show ink usage, anyone know what is happening ,,,? thanks

3.2.2 i talked to tech and he couldn't figure it out. it is all showing up when you highlight a job in the que and double click it it actually breaks down each color....but still don't show anythhing in the middle pane and don't show inkconsumption there..
