Vertical banding and color shift on HP 800W

Hello all!

When printing CWC, I get inconsistent vertical banding on the top, color pass like the attached. It is always with darker prints, blues and greens especially. Also the top color is different from the base. I'm using the take up reel, tried different vacuum settings and materials. Has anyone had a similar experience?
