Hello. We have been trying to print some solid orange prints for a few days now, but we've been getting this terrible banding. I've attached a photo below. We use an hp latex 110 with Orafol 3164m vinyl.
The room we're printing in has been quite hot lately, upwards of 83 degrees while we've been printing, which I know is above the recommended environment hp suggests for printing, but we don't really have much of a choice. We can't cool off in here anymore than we are.
Any idea what could be causing this? I've already tried turning the heat up and down and have replaced both y/m printheads and the optimizer printhead to no affect. We'd appreciate the help. Thank you.
