We just relocated our shop down the road, and the printers are back up and running in our new space. All is well, except our VG-2 screen says "setup sheet" where it used to say "roll", with the option to toggle over to "TU" or "TU2". The takeup is plugged in, and functions when tension is applied, but we are unable to use the TU-2 setting that allows use of the takeup for a "print and cut" job. What am I missing? Is there a cord that goes from the printer to the takeup? All insights welcome. Thanks!
