Hi,
I'm having some issues with my vinyl deforming slightly from the heat that cures the ink which makes the kiss cutting inaccurate. It starts to cut more to towards the bottom but only in the middle of the roll. The sides still cut accurately. I'm using Orajet 3165 but was thinking of switching to 3M's 48c Non-Pvc.
My question is, what is the lowest temperature setting that you've worked with that still cures the ink properly? Mine is at 220°F right now, 12 passes, 100% color saturation.
What's the best way to lower the heat even more? More passes but lower temperature?
What's the best way to fix the deforming cuts being off? I'm using Flexisign and a Summar cutter.
Thank you.
