vinyl express Q100 cutting odd please help

I have a vinyl express Q100 and it's starting to jagged on corner and won't cut a square it's looks all wavy I'm using flexi 10 pro and it does it with tint and vinyl I've tried new blades and my strip the blade rides on is new please help
