My older Q100 has gone a bit crazy. The cutter head moves horizontally along the machine in a very slow manner. It will go completely across the width of the cutter until it is stopped by the cross cut stub (which causes a Y position error). I talked to SW, they were pretty helpful, but I wanted to see if anyone has had similar issue. If it is the main board I guess I will junk it and use my Q42 more, but is there any way to know if it is a roller sensor or something less expensive? I have tried the reset (holding the up arrow while turning machine on). No different. I bet there is no maintenance/repair documentation in existence for this cutter is it? All help is greatly appreciated.
