My q130 started cutting badly today. it won't form perfect letters, the corners are ragged and lines aren't straight. I noticed the cutter head has some up and down play in it and wobbles slightly during cutting. If I hold light pressure down on top of the head while it's cutting, it cuts MUCH better. Anyone know if there's a way to adjust the rollers to get rid of the wobble?

I would get in touch with SWH or go through Graphtec and see what they say. My guess would be some loose screws that need some attention.
