So after being down all day yesterday getting printer fixed I was all excited to walk in today to start printing early and catch up only problem when i powered on the Vinyl Express Q160 cutter i would measure sheet and it comes back as error 1 .... then it continues to go into digitize mode?

I have zero clue how to fix it, i have reset as it mentioned on here and i have gone into flexi production manager and all that to reset cuttter and still same issue...when i go to measure the width it does the same as well

any help would be ideal as we just got 1000 decals to print from yesterday we had to wait on.
