Vinyl Express Q54 Driver Error

Trying to install driver for Q54 plotter. Keep getting error message “this is is not supported. Cannot install driver.” I am trying to download driver from SighWareHouse as I purchased this plotter used and get the same message when trying to install using the disk. Any idea what could be causing this?
