Need Help Vinyl for General Stickers & Magnetic Signage?

Hi everyone.

Im quite new to digital media as i've just gotten a BN20, theres a lot more options compared to "a4 glossy sticker paper" that i used with my silhouette.

My main question is, what are my best options for a; generic stickers, going on bottles / products and b; vinyl that will be placed on to magnetic material for outdoor van / car signage.

I recently got some DeTape White Gloss Digital 500mm - My only issue with it is for smaller generic stickers its not as "rigid" or "thick" so im worried customers may find it difficult to apply as it doesnt hold its shape. (I know that's not on me, but still)

Mainly looking for website links or some helpful places to look. Ill also note that im in the UK.

There are a number of places to check. US Cutter has a full section of media that's BN-20 sized. https://uscutter.com/roland-bn-bn2-printer-media/

You can also buy full 54" rolls and have them slit to 20" for your BN-20. Most places will slit a 54" roll to 20/20/14" (or 18/18/18) for a small fee.

Many folks, including myself, use Substance 2755 with 3750 laminate because it's cheap, good and offers air egress adhesive. https://substance.com/

If you're in an area with a Polymershapes warehouse nearby, they're a great source of General Formulations media. GF222 is a great matte finish 6mil (heavy, semi rigid) permanent adhesive vinyl that has a decent price. 201 is a slightly lighter version that is also great. Your will need to special order it cut down to the size your table top machine can handle, as mentioned above, but the good news is GF will do it right in-factory and ship it direct to you when you order through your Polymershapes account manager.
