vinyl master ltr vs 5.0 and graphtec ce7000 help

I just upgraded, well kind of. Feels like a down grade in some ways... From the Vinyl Express q60 to a graphtec ce7000-60. I have been using Vinyl Master software for years now, and has to upgrade from LTR 4.0 to 5.0 to support the new machine. However I can not seem to figure out how to adjust the x y positions. I enter the settings in the program but when I go to cut it just starts at the origin point, this is very frustrating. If anyone has a solution for me I would be so happy!! I tried asking support at VM, but they don't have issues on their end.
