vinyl recommendation for weeding small detail

Hey guys...what is a good digital vinyl to print cut and weed? When we try to use are everyday arlon 4500 the small detail pops right off the backer when we weed it. any suggestions would be appreciated

3M ElectroCut with the poly backer. Not cheap, but works a treat.

I use IJ39, sticks to the backer much better since it's LSE and has no air release. Unlaminated works best.

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
It has far more to do with your setup and weeding technique than what media you happen to be using. Don't be afraid to as many weeding assistance cuts as necessary as well as horizontal split lines right through the center of troublesome text.

Avoid digital vinyl with air release, it doesn't stick to the backer as well and is a pain to weed.

This right here... Also, avoid any repositionable vinyl if possible. As to best vinyl for digital print and easy weeding, right now just finding other than wrap vinyl in stock is a big challenge
