Need Help Vinyl That will stick to Marine vinyl covers

I have a fire depart that would like to put some graphics on the the back of there hose covers. The covers are made from marine grade vinyl tarp material. What vinyl sticker material will adhere to this material?

but it is most likely polyethylene, which is a low surface energy plastic that requires a high tack vinyl.
