Some one told me that to change the 3 CR cables they some time get short or cracked. It can cause the same problem. Is this true? What is the function of these 3 CR cables. They running along with ink tube line and conected in the main board.

I know it hurts and I can fully feel your pain.
But really this looks like a failing/failed print head.
You seem to have exhausted all other avenues.
Time to dig deep and fit a new print head and cables.

I am leaving for vocation, just wondering to put away the machine. Will gone for 40 days. It is a solvent ink. Basically would like to restore it. Thanks
