I have vj 1204, and 1 magenta and 2 yellow and 1 black, nozzle do not print, please see attached pictures. Also in cleaning manually it will fill cap with 1st 50% and remaining it will not shoot any ink to cap. I had done 6 or 7 time cleaning but no luck. I feel that is some wrong with electronically which does not give head a signal to do what it suppose to do? Please help.

You can try replace the cap top and damper first.

Just got done doing this myself. Using forceps pinch off waste lines. Fill cap with cleaning solution let sit for 30 min. Run one cleaning cycle then hook a syringe to the magenta line and pull about 20 ml. Make sure you forceps to pinch off the other waste line so it will draw. Run one more cleaning cycle then do a big 2 or 3 ft print with only magenta at 100%. This was my afternoon instead of a nice fun MTB ride
