If it said Pump I'd say it's telling you the life expectancy of the pump is up. needs replaced or reset the life timer.

Same happened to mine. Check in life time status for pump, it seems fine.
It will continue to work fine until the pump fails.
Could be a long time, could be short.
It has just counted the number of cycles that the pump has been activated and reached the number that is in line with MFBF (mean times between failures) analysis.
You can call your dealer and they will walk you through resetting the timer to shut off the message.
You probably should start thinking about a new pump, though.

Switch off the printer. Simultaneously press and hold down the Left Arrow key [< ], Right Arrow Key [>] , and the Down key [-], switch on the printer. Keep pressing these 3 buttons until Maintenance Menu is displayed on the Control Panel.

Same happen to mine too. The life time status of pump is still full ***** why it says [pnmp] has problem. Is "pnmp" and "pump" different? Are there more than pump it's trying to mention.

Did the following procedure mention on previous thread. Reset the pump lifetime counter. No more life time [pnmp] warning.
