Need Help VJ 1624 , I'm so close to having this fixed

Hello,
I had another 1624 around for parts and I started swapping out boards, it was the CR Encoder assembly that was messed up.
But I'm still getting the "E176err Sub Tank Hi K" error. but before this error I have the "subtank refill" message.
So to sum it up, I turn on the Printer and it initializes and is ready, but If i try to nozzle check or do a cleaning or print something i get "subtank refill"
message, after about 10 minutes I get the "subtank hi error"
Even if i just turn it on and it initializes, and sits ready, even if I don't do anything I get "subtank Hi Error.
I'm so close, anyone have an idea?

If your subtank won’t fill chances are the pump is weak, but working around that— Why not tape the switch down? The sub tanks are small ink tanks behind the.cartridge slot assemblies. Or maybe the. Switch is actually bad.

Or if you’re using the bulk adapters, most of the time it means you didn’t seat the bag all the way onto the needle in the adapter
