VJ1604 head problem?

Hi all,

Pic attached. Just replaced the maintenance station because of banding issues which have pretty much cleared up but am getting these horizontal lines that are kinda banding but not. It is not hair or fluff etc. Does anyone know what could be causing this ie: head? all nozzles are firing.

Is the media can not adsorb ink well.
You can try print on other medias, find if there is same problem.

Please post a photo of the nozzle check pattern, this could be due to deflected nozzles

pics attached of nozzle check prints. the black is missing one but black prints out better than the others. didnt post yellow as you cannot see it in the photo,
