vmp circle tool

i manage to use it but it always takes an inordinate amount of time to line up and size correctly. i've viewed the tutorial over and over but am convinced there is a more efficient and effective way to use this tool....any advice?

I feel your pain!! I too have tryed to find a simple more effective way to utilize the circle tool. But to no avail.

Snapping to it would nice, but unless I'am missing something you cannot.

Maybe Shaun will answer this question??????
