Head clening
take off your bottom shield under the control panel, take off controll panel, pinch off all the blk tubing. move the head to the right then to the left. This will unlock the head. Take some cleaning solution and fill the colored caps to the top, move head back to the right till it clicks. let sit overnight. In the morning release the tubing, let fluid drain the do med cleaning. See if that helps. See attached pic's.
