VP 540 I Heater ?

My pre heater stopped working is there a fuse I can check before I order the heater.

2 fuses on the power board, hard to tell if they affect the heaters at all. Usually its the thermistor or thermistat that fail, not the heater pad itself. also make sure the rip software isn't overriding anything.

All my settings are fine. I had a Roland Tec look at the test print and he said I need a Magenta Head
