vp-540 mainboard replacement

I have installed a new mainboard from Roland which I initialized and entered the head ranks from the service mode and added the ip & subnetmask & updated firmware. Now I am getting the error message "wrong head is installed" when I power it up. I also checked all dip switches and jumpers to make sure they match the old board. Any suggestions?
