VP-540 Maintenance

Question for other roland vp-540 owners.
I have owned my printer now for two and a half years.

Wondering what kinds of things i need to change or check.
I have done regular cleanings of heads, wipers, scraper and cap tops.
Changed knife blades, plotter blades, wipers.

I havent changed my cut strip but i will be doing that.
What other things should i be looking at.

If your test print looks good, nothing squeaks like an old horse cart - great! Just run it until it prompts you to do something or something happens with the test print/print quality. Wipers is the only thing I can think of that we change when they starts to look worn but otherwise I haven't heard that you need to do anything else. Yeah, you could for the sake of it drop a few drops of cleaning fluid in the cap tops to clean the draining pipes better (we do it maybe 2-3 times a year). The Rolands are solid machines...:thumb:
If anyone else has some good points for preventive maintenance I'd love to hear it.
