VP 540 Thermostat change?

anyone have an idea on cost of changing one of these out? My print heater is not heating up at all...but its set to 42 degrees and will allow me to print as though it's reached it temp!

i haven't opened the back to check the board...could be the fuse but would think i would get an error if that were the case.

cost? difficulty?
