VP-540i head deflection and textured drop pattern

Hi, We have a VP-540i that has deflection on the test print on the black head. The pattern seems to stay across multiple test prints.
The second probelm is the textured print on the cyan. Is that normal? The test print is perfect, but when I print cyan, the color is textured.

I will upload photos of the problem

Do you think I should try pumping solution through it with a syringe?
