Need Help VP-540i Vachuum not working when printing

Hi there

The vacuum on my VP-540i seam like its not really working when it is printing
I set it from Auto to 100% and it running 100% all the time but when its printing.
When cutting vacuum its running at 100% every other time it is running at 100%
just not when its printing when needed the most
I set everything to strong in versaworks

Anyone have any idea ??

If you have some age on the printer, it's possible that enough paper fragments has collected on the fan blade, and causing the blade not to spin. Remove the dryer shield/cover and free up the blade.

Versaworks will over ride any settings at the panel.

It a good suggestion
I had cleaned it all out and oiled every thing a few weeks ago, the fan do run 100% when not printing
the minute it start to print the fans spool down

I have it set to strong in versa works

Not that i know of, but you can do that in versa works.
Under printer control and other control you can change things there
it don't change anything for me

I think i might have figured it out looks like the wide you put your pinch rollers the less vacuum you get
witch kinda makes a bit of sense
